BAYADA Announces Recipient of Excellence in Client Services Leadership Award

BAYADA Home Health Care Client Services Manager Debra Monaghan was recognized as the recipient of the prestigious Linda Siessel Award for Excellence in Client Services Leadership, for unwavering support of BAYADA Pediatrics clients who receive care in the home and the professionals who provide that care.

Named in honor of Chief Operating Officer Linda Siessel who began her career at BAYADA over 30 years ago, the award pays tribute to the company’s hundreds of client services managers working from over 290 offices in 22 states. The annual award is presented to a client services manager who demonstrates excellence in advocating for home health care clients, building relationships, resolving challenges, and supporting company growth. 

Monaghan accepted the award in front of more than 2,000 employees at the company’s annual awards meeting held recently in Philadelphia, PA.  Upon hearing her named called from among the many nominees, she expressed her surprise and heartfelt appreciation.

“I am completely in awe,” said Monaghan, “I am humbled, honored, and grateful for this national recognition. The whole experience was very powerful for me. I thank my dedicated colleagues who work so hard to ensure that children with special needs remain safe at home with their families. I would not have received this honor without them!”

Monaghan began her tenure with BAYADA in 1997 as a client services manager in the Mt. Laurel, NJ pediatrics office.  In 2012 she accepted the role of regional client services manager, travelling to pediatric offices throughout NJ to train and mentor new staff, fill in for staff who are out of the office, and develop best practices and processes for providing exceptional care.

“Debbie always finds the good in everyone she meets. Her heart is huge and her passion is great,” said BAYADA Regional Director Susan Ingalls. “She is one of the most compassionate, energetic, giving, and caring people I know.”
