The Bergen Record published an article today about Founder and President Mark Baiada's decision to gift BAYADA Home Health Care to a non-profit foundation.

Baiada believes that the transition his company is about to undergo is necessary to ensure its long-term survival and continuing expansion. His hope is that he can position BAYADA to survive at least 100 years in the ever-changing world of home health care, while preserving the philosophy he has worked hard to instill in his employees and the culture of the company.

He calls it "The BAYADA Way" and describes the company's values as being akin to those of a mission-driven non-profit.
