David L. Baiada is the CEO of BAYADA Home Health Care, appointed to CEO in 2017. Mr. Baiada led BAYADA’s transformation into a non-profit organization, ensuring BAYADA’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs, codified in The BAYADA Way will endure for generations. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as practice president for the home health, hospice, and pediatrics practices; led the Enterprise Quality teams for policy and regulatory support; spearheaded the redesign of the quality improvement framework; oversaw four strategic business acquisitions and launched the Hospice Specialty Practice. Mr. Baiada earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and BA in Economics from Cornell University.
