BAYADA Home Health Care and Cape Regional Health System (CRHS) today announced that they have entered into a joint venture to provide Cape May County, NJ residents with high quality, community-based home health care services through a new company: Cape Regional Home Health Care | Managed by BAYADA.
Effective immediately, BAYADA and CRHS are working together to provide in-home care for high-risk patients following hospital discharge. Cape Regional Home Health Care | Managed by BAYADA comes as part of a growing trend in which hospitals are partnering with home care agencies that have the expertise and experience to successfully manage care at home for patients who are at high risk for re-hospitalization.
