2025 Impact Report details the performance, growth, and workforce investments enabling more health care services to be provided in home and community settings.
Philadelphia, PA (June 23, 2026)—BAYADA Home Health Care today released The BAYADA Way Impact Report 2025, outlining how the nonprofit is building toward a people-first future where more health care can be provided in the comfort of home.
Amid rising demands for health care and limited industry supply, BAYADA’s report shares some of the factors helping to make home care a growing part of the value equation.
“The progress we made in BAYADA’s 50th anniversary year proves that when you invest in your people, insist on quality, and stay true to your values, you can help more individuals live safely and comfortably at home with independence and dignity,” said BAYADA Founder and Chairman Mark Baiada.
“I was very pleased to welcome "CEO Bryony Winn" into the next chapter of our BAYADA story,” he continued. “She has the experience, values, and vision to help shape a stronger future for health care that is more compassionate, more innovative, and more responsive to what our clients, families, and industry need most.”
