BAYADA Announces 2024 Annual Report Showcasing Advocacy, Workforce Growth & Community Impact

2024 successes help springboard BAYADA into its 50^th anniversary year

Philadelphia, PA (May 21, 2025) – BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading nonprofit home health care provider with a legacy of 50 years of compassionate, excellent, and reliable care, today announced the release of its 2024 Annual Report. The comprehensive report reflects on a year of significant achievements and underscores BAYADA’s unwavering commitment to The BAYADA Way as it embarks on its next half-century of care services.

Organized around the nonprofit’s five pillars of performance—people, service, quality, growth, and finance—the 2024 annual report showcases how BAYADA’s strategic priorities align to ensure financial responsibility while delivering exceptional care to those in need.

These accomplishments highlight the vital role of home health care as a patient-preferred and cost-effective solution, especially in a shifting political landscape and tightening caregiver shortage.

The 2024 Annual Report details significant strides in three key areas:

1. Advocacy: BAYADA actively advocates for its client populations and employees to champion the home care industry and expand access to care for more individuals, through Hearts for Home Care and other partnerships.
2. Workforce Development: To build entryways for great talent to pursue home care careers, BAYADA invests in comprehensive education, training, and career advancement programs and community partnerships to draw caregivers and clinicians into the industry. A key initiative includes BAYADA Education, a nonprofit established with a $5 million donation from Founder and Chairman Mark Baiada and former director Ann Baiada, RN, CRRN-Retired, which launched its first accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in September in partnership with Thomas Edison State University and Cooper University Health Care.
3. Community Building: BAYADA’s commitment extends beyond individual care to active engagement with local communities and partnerships with heath systems. Engagement initiatives include sponsorship of the annual BAYADA Regatta, support for the Alzheimer’s Association, and localized community outreach. Additionally, BAYADA collaborates with hospitals and health systems nationwide to improve access to care and enhance services and clinical outcomes.
