BAYADA Home Health Care and Integrity Home Care recently announced that BAYADA has acquired Integrity’s pediatrics division. BAYADA is a leading, national home care agency serving children, adults, and seniors from more than 350 offices in 22 states. Integrity is one of Missouri’s largest home care agencies, providing a wide range of home care, hospice, and rehabilitation services to clients throughout the state.
“To continue to provide exceptional services in this changing health care market, we made the decision to focus our resources on serving clients in our adult division,” said Integrity Home Care and Hospice President Cliff Stepp. “We have been searching for the right company to take over our pediatric division. BAYADA shares a similar mission and values to ours – to provide care for pediatric clients with compassion, excellence, and reliability. It was the right fit.
BAYADA has 43 years of clinical and operational expertise in pediatric home health care. The company serves more than 4,000 pediatric clients from 72 offices in 14 states. In addition, BAYADA has partnered with leading children’s hospitals across the country to provide a continuum of care at home and school to children from birth through adolescence with complex medical needs. As part of the acquisition, BAYADA will serve pediatric clients from offices in St. Louis, O’Fallon, Columbia, Springfield, and Lee's Summit.

The acquisition comes as BAYADA Founder and Chairman Mark Baiada is transitioning BAYADA (a private, family-owned company) into a nonprofit in early 2019.
