BAYADA Home Health Care announced that it received the bronze-level 2019 LearningElite Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine for being one of the best companies in learning and development. This is the second year in a row that BAYADA received this prestigious award.
On April 1, at the 2019 LearningElite Gala in Las Vegas, BAYADA Division Director Larry Baider and Managers Lisa Begley and Michelle Adams accepted BAYADA’s award. Award winners were selected according to peer-reviewed rankings that scored us among hundreds of international organizations for our performance on five criteria: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact, and business performance results.
"Program judges were impressed with our Operational Leadership Program—how it links to our enterprise strategy of identifying and developing high-quality director-level leaders and its foundation for the BAYADA Leadership Academy,” Larry said. “This year, they elevated their requirements and it was even more difficult to meet the standards and be recognized. The judges highlighted our ability to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, which was a true differentiator.”
