The achievement is backed by a study of public data, employee interviews, and 900,000 company reviews, including input from 62,000 Black employees. The evaluation focused on crucial areas like leadership, integrity, compensation, and work-life balance.
BAYADA earned a five-star rating for inclusion and diversity from Newsweek. The ranking is based on a comprehensive evaluation process that includes publicly available data, insights gathered from HR professionals, and responses from a large-scale, anonymous survey distributed to a diverse pool of employees within US-based companies.
Newsweek positioned BAYADA among the top 1,000 companies in the US for women, awarding us a five-star rating. This distinction is based on a study encompassing over 2.2 million company reviews and more than 215,000 interviews with women nationwide.
