November 14, 2022 - BAYADA Home Health Care (BAYADA), a leading non-profit home health care provider, announced that Springfield, MO-based Integrity Home Care + Hospice (Integrity) will go live on BAYADA’s operating systems today to help support the organizations’ missions to grow access to quality in-home care. BAYADA acquired a majority interest in Integrity late last year and has spent the past several months working with company leadership and staff to prepare to launch BAYADA’s best-in-class management systems; the approach was designed to create minimal impact for clients and staff.
“For more than 20 years, we have operated Integrity with a passionate commitment to improving our healthcare system, meeting needs with unmatched skill, compassion and integrity, and bettering our communities,” said Integrity Home Care + Hospice President Cliff Stepp. “We know—especially after working hand in hand with BAYADA leadership on integration for several months—that BAYADA is fully committed to our mission and long-term view of healthcare. They are positioned to help us thrive in this constantly evolving industry.”
BAYADA and Integrity will help to reimagine how health care is delivered at home by leveraging Integrity’s talented workforce with BAYADA’s management, expertise, operating platforms and clinical excellence, to scale operations more rapidly, make a larger impact on the community, and realize Integrity’s mission. The partnership will also strengthen Integrity’s existing joint venture with Mercy, which was forged in 2018 to provide an integrated care delivery system and help reduce unnecessary hospital readmissions.
“At BAYADA we have a long-standing relationship with Integrity leaders and are thrilled by the opportunity to partner with them, and with Mercy, to help transform how homecare is delivered in the region,” said BAYADA Home Health Care CEO David Baiada. “We’re also excited to welcome the incredible Integrity staff to the BAYADA family. We believe that with their talent and passion, this mission-aligned partnership is a significant step toward placing home in the center of health care.”
BAYADA, headquartered in the Philadelphia region, provides nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice and assistive care services to children, adults and seniors in the comfort of their homes. In 2018, founder Mark Baiada oversaw the company’s unprecedented transition to a non-profit organization to ensure BAYADA’s mission, purpose and business model would endure, and to help BAYADA realize its vision of helping millions of people worldwide experience a better quality of life at home.
