## Cheryl Richardson-Wagner is a valued BAYADA caregiver, and she is not the individual shown in the viral Phillies video.

We are grateful for Cheryl’s service and disheartened that she has been misrepresented in this way.

As a nonprofit dedicated to helping people live safely at home with comfort and dignity, we understand the importance of protecting people’s well-being. False accusations can cause real harm, and we urge everyone to approach such situations with empathy and responsibility.
