BAYADA Recognized as an LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion National Leader

That’s why we’re thrilled to share that BAYADA Home Health Care has earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for our leadership in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion!

What’s the CEI, and why does it matter?

The CEI is the national standard for measuring how well businesses include and support LGBTQ+ employees. Companies are evaluated on four areas:

• Non-discrimination policies
• Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
• Inclusive workplace culture
• Social responsibility and support for the LGBTQ+ community

Earning a spot among the 765 businesses recognized with the prestigious Equality 100 Award is no small feat – and BAYADA’s perfect score shows that we’re leading the charge.

The PRIDE Employee Resource Council is the heart of this award

Winning this award is a reflection of our collective effort to create a work environment where everyone can thrive. A big part of that success comes from the incredible work of our PRIDE Employee Resource Council (ERC). From shaping inclusive policies to fostering open dialogue and creating safe spaces for employees to be their authentic selves, the PRIDE ERC plays a vital role in ensuring BAYADA is a place where everyone belongs.
