Abramson Senior Care Announces Plans to Sell Home Health Divisions to BAYADA Home Health Care

Philadelphia, PA – April 4, 2023 – Abramson Senior Care (“Abramson”) has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Hospice, Home Health and Home Care (Private Duty) divisions to BAYADA Home Health Care (“BAYADA”), This transaction is part of a reorganization by Abramson to adapt to the changing healthcare landscape while honoring their mission to enhance the lives of seniors and caregivers by ensuring they receive extraordinary care.

The transaction is expected to be complete by April 10. BAYADA will assume operations of Abramson’s Home Health, Hospice and Home Care services. By combining Abramson’s passionate and skilled employee base with BAYADA’s best-in-class management systems and clinical expertise, this agreement will help to expand on Abramson’s legacy to improve health outcomes for seniors in the region.
