An international panel of experts has selected BAYADA Home Health Care as Best Employment Website winner of a 2020 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development. This annual competition is sponsored by the US-based Web Marketing Association (WMA) but is open to organizations, companies, and government agencies from around the world.

BAYADA was nominated and selected for the form and function of its newly enhanced careers site, launched December 2019 at jobs.bayada.com.

Why the new website was needed

The strategy behind the site’s comprehensive redesign was to acquire like-minded talent by creating a unique, personalized experience for online job seekers who are passionate about doing meaningful work and making a difference in the essential field of home health care services. The impact of this internal team effort continues to yield double-digit growth in site visits, page views, job applications, and search engine discoverability.

What’s new on the BAYADA careers site

The new careers site focuses on BAYADA’s unique employer brand story and uses a technology-forward, intuitive mobile design to dynamically respond to user selections and customize the browsing experience by geolocation and six different sets of job candidates—nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, behavioral health professionals, and office professionals. In an immersive user experience, visitors are served relevant, authentic content that highlights open job roles and The BAYADA Way mission, vision, and core values—a key differentiator—to entice candidates to apply. Judges commented favorably on the site’s “great flow of content,” “lively use of images and layout,” and use of technology features like the job search bar, chatbot, and Saved Jobs function.

Content on the site includes employee testimonials and uplifting video stories highlighting the nonprofit’s meaningful impact, culture of employee appreciation, reward and recognition programs, and overall employee satisfaction.

This is the second competitive honor won by BAYADA’s new careers site, following “The Sammy” Sales and Marketing Technology Award.
