Pride ERC’s mission is simple and powerful: to educate and support LGBTQIA+ community and allies by fostering authentic dialogue, creating safe spaces, and driving actionable change.

“We have an in-person Summit with members of all the BAYADA Employee Resource Councils once a year. It’s a 2-day experience where we brainstorm, create community, engage, laugh, innovate, and create ideas together. It really solidifies why we do all of this. It makes me feel valued, included, important, and proud that BAYADA is so supportive and has the values we do. The summit keeps me motivated and elevates my drive and passion to foster inclusivity.”
